  • Anyone can book a room for a legal purpose
  • You must fill out a rental form in advance
  • Email or fax your completed form, or return it in person
  • Drop-in use allowed if room is available and you've paid the rental fee

If you need to cancel your booking

Refund policy

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation date.
  • You'll be charged a $20 cancellation fee if you cancel less than 2 days before your event.

If the library cancels your booking

We will give you a full refund.

We'll give you as much notice as possible when we need to cancel for an emergency or special program.
