What to do
Recieve information on future Treasure Island housing transitions
Information regarding Treasure Island housing transitions is different for residents of each property manager agency. Residents should contact their residential property for full information on their housing transition opportunities.
Report problems in your unit or building common areas:
Call your property manager as soon as possible for damage and issues including, but not limited to:
- Roof, ceiling and window leaks
- Broken doors, locks and windows
- Broken electrical sockets
- Broken in-unit or in-building appliances, like wall heater, refrigerator, stove, or common area washer/dryers
- Broken kitchen and bath fixtures (sinks, showers, bath tubs)
- Problems with your unit's electricity, water or gas service not related to on-Island utility outage
Manage your residential Recology service:
Call your property manager if you need the following services:
- Request an "up-size" of your unit's Recology recycling or compost containers
- Schedule a Recology "Bulky Item Recycling" pick-up
- Schedule a Recology Household Hazardous Waste pick-up
Contact your residential property manager to report damage and other building issues
