Contractors can sign into their DBI account to schedule a building, electrical, or plumbing inspection.
What to know
Eligibility
You must be a licensed contractor registered with the City of San Francisco to schedule an inspection online.
You can only schedule inspections online for permits where you are the applicant. To schedule other inspections, call our automated system.
What to do
Log into the Permitting and Inspection Scheduling system
Contractors, sign into the system for your trade:
If you don’t have an account, you can register with the City of San Francisco as a licensed contractor.
