Agenda

Cases are listed on the meeting agenda in the order they will be heard.

Department of Building Inspection (DBI) staff will give a presentation about the case. The Hearing Officer will then ask for testimony from the property owner or owner's representative, building occupants, and the public. Testimony will involve swearing in, presenting evidence, and then asking and answering questions.

 

Meeting outcomes

After the hearing, the hearing officer may decide to close the case, give an extension, or issue a Notice of Abatement.
