The San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH) Office of Compliance and Privacy Affairs (OCPA) promotes a high standard of conduct and integrity that is core to DPH’s mission and beliefs. OCPA provides guidance, resources, and support to clinical and other departmental operations to help protect patients, safeguard sensitive information, and help mitigate and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse.
