The Board of Supervisors approved Resolution 162-06, requiring the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) to administer the South of Market Community Stabilization Fund. The Ordinance also stipulates that there should be a SoMa Community Stabilization Fund Community Advisory Committee, composed of seven members of the SoMa community, to advise MOHCD and the Board of Supervisors on the administration of the Fund.
