Ms. Denise Senhaux, a native of San Franciscan was appointed to the Mayor’s Disability Council (MDC) by former Mayor Willie L. Brown, Jr. in 2002.
I continue to serve on the Council, even though I am semi-retired. My background included disability advocacy rights efforts, when I was employed with AT&T Inc., and its predecessor companies.
Some of my interests around disability issues are wide-ranging; but not excluding are: Employment, Affordable and accessible housing, Transportation, Vision Zero, Accessible Building Entrance Ordinance (ABE), AB: 2336: Speed Safety Pilot Program.
