Yuliya Iskendzerava

Yuliya Iskendzerava is originally from Minsk, Belarus, where she attended Belarusian State Economic University Law School. Since moving to the United States, Yuliya graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Criminal Justice Studies from the San Francisco State University, and received her Master's in Legal and Forensic Psychology from the University of California, Irvine. Yuliya has held roles touching nearly every aspect of the Office of Cannabis’s work since joining in January 2020, and currently plays an instrumental role in steering the office's Equity Grant Program.

Yuliya used to compete in Muay Thai and is fluent in Belarusian and Russian languages.
