RFP for Contractor Development Program (CDP) Administration, 2021
Seeking proposals for services including bonding assistance, especially from local businesses.
Risk Management Division is seeking suppliers for San Francisco’s Bonding and Financial Assistance Program, also known as the Contractor Development Program.
The City strongly encourages proposals from:
- small businesses
- local businesses
- consultant teams that reflect the diversity of San Francisco.
The Contractor Development Program provides local, certified contractors and subcontractors with capacity building support. The CDP provides financial assistance, bonding assistance, training, and technical assistance.
The CDP fosters the growth and independence of small firms. It helps them with the challenges they may face in competing for City contracts.
The Risk Management and Contract Monitoring Divisions operate the CDP.
Term: non-exclusive with an original term of 3 years. The City has the option to extend the term for 3 additional years for a total of 6 years.
Funding Available: not-to-exceed ("NTE") amount will be based on the proposal
