Ethics Commission Staff can be contacted for information and guidance regarding the laws enforced by the Commission. Including: 

• Filing the Form 700, 

• Gift rules, 

• Conflicts of interest, 

• Incompatible activities, 

• Rules regarding political activity, 

• Post-employment rules, 

• Whistleblower retaliation, and 

• Other matters within the Commission’s jurisdiction. 

Additionally, anyone who suspects a violation of laws under the Ethics Commission’s jurisdiction may have occurred, may file a complaint through the Commission’s website: https://sfethics.org/
