Submit a Placed-in-Service (PIS) Report

Registered Service Agents (persons employed by a Service Agency to install, service, repair or recondition commercial weighing and measuring devices) are required to submit PIS reports to the County Sealer following installing, servicing, or repairing weighing and measuring devices used commercially.
