The Citizens' Committee on Community Development (CCCD) provides input on the City's HUD community development grants and policies. This advisory group, appointed by the Mayor and Board of Supervisors, creates a forum for public participation. The CCCD aims to strengthen citizen engagement in the HUD consolidated planning process, identify community development needs and program priorities, provide advice on the development of the City's community development structure, and review and comment on funding for the CDBG and ESG programs to the Mayor and Board of Supervisors.
