Family Health Center provides the primary care services for:

- Homebound patients
Our services include continuity and urgent care for all ages:
- Prenatal care and perinatal case management
- Family planning
- HIV family clinic
- Well child care
- Minor office procedures
- Mental health services
- Social services
- Substance abuse counseling
- Nutrition consultation
- Diabetes education and case management
- Nurse case management
- Pharmacist consultation
- Managing patients on anticoagulation therapy
- Psychosocial services.
- Special programs for children such as a teen clinic and a pediatric oral health screening clinic for children up to 5 years of age

Parking Rates: Range from $3.50 per hour to $24.00 daily maximum
23rd St. Parking Garage
Enter from 24th Street (during the day) and 23rd Street (in the evening).
Parking Rates: Range from $2.50 per hour to $21.00 daily maximum
Accessibility
UCSF Shuttle
UCSF offers free shuttle service to locations around the city, including our Main Campus. This service is free to patients, visitors, and staff.
ZSFG Shuttle
We offer free shuttle service to the 24th St. Mission BART stations during peak commute times. This service is free to patients, visitors, and staff.
