John Koste

John Koste joined the Mayor’s Office on Disability as the Office Manager in 2021.  He came from a diverse background working in both the public and private sectors in start-ups, non-profits, social services, and corporate settings while providing services to the disabled population for over 17 years.  He performs day-to-day, general administrative, and management functions of the office.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Gallaudet University, the world’s only liberal university for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing.
