For bills, contact your insurance or the ambulance company directly.

Report an incident or concern you may have about the care provided to you or someone else by EMS responders.
Send us an email
You can tell us about the incident in an email. Include:
- Your name
- Your email address and phone number
- The date and time of the incident
- Where you were
- A description of what happened
