New SF311 mobile app release
San Francisco 311 releases new mobile app, the first major upgrade since launch of the SF311 mobile app in 2013.
Since launching in August of 2013, over 2.5 million service requests have been created via the SF311 mobile app. Over 75% of our total service requests are now created through either the website or the mobile app. That is amazing!
We heard your feedback and have added several exciting features to share:
- Multi-language support: available in Chinese, Spanish, and Filipino
- Service type predictions: describe the issue or give us a picture and the app will suggest the category
- Additional photos: take several photos of the issue to help us find and resolve issues
- Enhanced map view: check out recently created service requests in your neighborhoo
- Resources and News Feed: Stay connected with the news and notifications in San Francisco
