Bill Chen

Mr. Chen is an Engineer in the the Environmental Health Branch of the Population Health Division, of the Department of Public Health. Mr. Chen is a regulator, caseworker, and engineer for the Site Assessment and Mitigation Program, for the regulation of the Maher Ordinance and Construction Dust Control Ordinance. Mr. Chen also manages the Article 31 Program for development of transferred parcels at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
