Report a bikeshare parking issue
Report Baywheels bikeshare bicycles that are improperly parked, blocking a sidewalk, or abandoned.

Improper parking and locking
Bicycles should not be locked to anything except a bike rack or docking station. Bikes locked to other objects such as posts, poles, fences, or trees is not allowed. If they are, report these bicycles.
What to do
If the bicycle is from a different bikeshare company or privately owned, file a different report instead.
1. Fill out a form
We will need:
- A description of the issue (for example blocking a sidewalk or locked to a tree)
- The location
- Bikeshare company name
- Individual bike number
Include a photo for faster response.
2. Track your case
After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number, and your email address if provided, to track your case online.
