Add our Back Check page to your plans
You must add our Back Check page PDF to submit plans in Bluebeam, our electronic plan review software.

Back Check status menu
The status menu in Bluebeam is also called Back Check. We use it to track your response to plan checker comments.

You must add this PDF to the end of your plan set so we can track comments.
What to do
Bluebeam files
If you make your plans in Bluebeam, follow these instructions.
Download this page:
- Open your files in Bluebeam.
- Click the Document menu in Bluebeam.
- Click “Insert” and then click Pages from Document.
- If the “Open Project File” dialog appears, click “Open from Disk”.
- If “Insert Pages” dialog opens, click the “Add” button.
- Find the CCSF Back Check Page PDF and Open the file.
- In the “Insert Pages” dialog, select “After” and “Last Page”.
- Click OK.
- Check the Back Check Page has been added as part of the document.
You must repeat for all submitted files that require Session review or addition of the Back Check menu.
In another plan software
If you make your plans in another plan software, follow these instructions.
Download this page:
- Export a PDF file of your plans.
- Add the Back Check page to the end of the PDF file.
- Save the PDF.
- Upload this new file as your plans.

- Export a PDF file of your plans.
- Add the Back Check page to the end of the PDF file.
- Save the PDF.
