About:

The DPH Payroll department processes payroll data for employees and monitors compliance with city, state and federal tax, wage, and hour regulations. Payroll staff review and enter time records of employees and submits the information to the Controller’s Office for processing. Payroll staff responds to departmental personnel regarding concerns such as pay premiums, overtime eligibility and other payroll procedural and policy issues.
