Meet with a nutritionist

Talk one-on-one with a nutrition counselor to:

  • Discuss the foods you eat and how to get the nutrients you need
  • Learn what you can do to have a well-balanced diet that includes your favorite foods
  • Help manage a health condition 
  • Move toward a healthier weight
  • Get connected to other food resources

Ask for a referral

Talk with your primary care clinic about getting a nutrition referral.
