Paying child support

You'll need to know:

• The amount you need to pay
• Your credit or debit card information or bank account and routing number
• Your child support Participant ID number

You can find your Participant ID number on a billing statement.

You will have the option to:

• Pay with your credit or debit card
• Use ExpertPay to pay from your bank account
• Use PayPal

Note that PayPal charges a fee for each payment.

  If you don't have one, sign up with Customer Connect.

You can pay with cash or a credit/debit card at the kiosk in our office.

You can pay with MoneyGram in many pharmacies and other stores across San Francisco. 

Use receive code "14630" for payments. 

PayNearMe allows you to make payments at 7-11 stores, Family Dollar, ACE Cash Express, and CVS Pharmacy Stores. 
 

Once you're signed up, you'll get a bar code. Bring the barcode (on your phone or printed out) to a PayNearMe location. The cashier will scan the code at the counter and then you'll make your payment.
