By 5pm if you reported earlier that same day. If you reported after 5pm, by the end of the next business day.

If you need immediate assistance with your water issue, call 311.

1. Fill out a form

We will need:

  • The location. Provide an exact address of where the water problem is.
  • A description of the issue.

2. Track your case

After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number, and your email address if provided, to track your case online.
