- Parking and transportation issues
- Damaged public property
- Noise issues
- Blocked driveways
Read the full list of services you can request online or on the mobile app.
2. Track your case
After you report, you will get a service request number from 311. You can use this number, or your email address, to track your case online or on the SF311 mobile app.
What happens next
We will route your request to the appropriate City agency to resolve.
Different agencies handle requests in different ways. Once we route your request, it is up to the responsible agency to decide how to resolve your case.
In some occasions, agencies will mark a request as "Closed" to show that they have received the request. This does not mean that they have resolved the request yet.

2. Track your case
We will provide you with a service request number, which you can track online.

Help us resolve your request
1. Include photos and description
Photos and descriptions are optional but they help City workers find the issue when they are responding to your request.
Help us by including:
- Photos of the problem and the surrounding area
- An address and description of the location
2. Include contact information
You can report most issues anonymously. However, including contact information helps us reach you if we need more information to resolve the request.
We can also find your requests by name, email address, or phone number if you ever lose your service request number.
