Apply for your Shared Spaces permit for the sidewalk or parking lane

Your business 

• Your contact information 
• Your Business Account Number (BAN) (If you don't know it, you can look it up.) 
• Your hours of operation 
• Gross receipts from last reported tax year

Your Shared Space 

• The kind of Shared Spaces permits you want  
• How you plan to use the space  
• Feet of sidewalk and square footage you will use 
• Hours you plan to use the parking lane for a movable parklet 

You must upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) and some pictures of your space.

If you have them, you may upload:

• Completed site plan and checklist
• Signed neighbor permission (if applicable)

This application will take about 20 minutes. Once you start the form, you cannot save it and return later.
