If there is a life threatening emergency, call 911. 

You can report other safety issues like:

• Missing or expired fire alarms
• Missing smoke detectors
• Blocked hallways, stairs, or doors
• PIles of clutter
• Missing or expired fire extinguishers
• Missing sprinklers at garbage chutes
• Missing emergency lighting
• Businesses operating without the right permits
• Overcrowding at an event
• Block or locked access to the roof
• Unsafe conditions
• Unsecured vacant building

To inspect the issue, we will need information about:

• Building address
• Location within the building (floor level, unit number)
• The safety issue
• Onsite contact name and information, if available
• Hours of operations, if available
