Classification and Compensation
Classifying the City’s positions and management of MOU and Municipal Code provided compensation.
The Classification and Compensation Division supports the following functions:
- Civil Service System through managing classification actions, and appeals.
- Labor Negotiations through performing salary surveys, costing, and contract administration.
- Payroll through establishing and maintaining rates of pay and premiums.
